Urgent Intercession needed: "No kings" Protest Tomorrow

There has been a call for “No Kings” protests that are taking place tomorrow, Saturday June 14th. These protest are against President Trump and his Administration. We have over 33 cities in Iowa where the protests will be held. You can go to nokings.org website and scroll down to US map and enlarge to get all the cities in Iowa. We must stand together in intercession for the Lord of Armies to intervene, that these protests do not become violent and destructive.

Here are some "Prayer Points" we can pray in agreement, please see the attached pdf for more information and prayer points: The byline on No Kings says, “On June 14th, we rise up,” we must also rise to the

occasion and appeal to our King on behalf of our nation. Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence (Ephesians 3:12 NLT).

Pray for the angels of the Lord to protect our cities and innocent bystanders.

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him and delivers them (Psalm 34:7).

Pray for protection over the military, National Guard, law enforcement, and ICE

agents in the line of fire during these protests. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you

preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right

hand delivers me (Psalm 138:7).

Pray for all law enforcement, ICE, and all agents to act with wisdom and avoid baiting

or traps set for them. How useless to spread a net where every bird can see it (Proverbs 1:17 NIV).

Pray for our elected officials to act with wisdom and condemn and prosecute any acts

of violence. Scoffers set a city afire [by stirring up trouble], But wise men turn away anger [and restore order with their good judgment] (Proverbs 29:8 AMP).

The enemy would love nothing more than to see widespread destruction of people

and cities. We see violence being planned for our towns, but intercessors know there

are demonic spirits at work behind the protests. For our struggle is not against flesh and

blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers,

against the world forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places (Ephesians 6:12).

Ask the Lord to bind the strongmen of chaos, murder, rebellion that have been loosed

in this nation and seek to wreak havoc and create another civil war.

Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the

strong man? And then he will plunder his house (Matthew 12:29).

Pray for God to release his warring angels against the principalities. Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia (Daniel 12:12-13 NIV).
