Israel & America Prayers 4-6-26

5786/ 2026: Shifting; alignment "By Divine Grace (5), the Covenant is sealed (400) and refined by Fire (300), so that the Mouth (80) may speak and Hook (6) Heaven to Earth."

Month of Nissan. Nissan means the beginning of Miracles. It is also the month of Redemption with Passover and the Resurrection. Nissan begins the season of spring when evidence of new life starts to bloom around us.

Pray for peace in Judea and Samaria

A recent report titled “The writing on the Wall of Jericho” tells of a shadow army among the Palestinian Authority which is capable of posing a major threat to Israel in Judea and Samaria. The report tells of a terror army in the heart of what is known as the West Bank that could launch a surprise attack far greater than October 7th.

The PASF was created to be a civilian police force that was capped at 30,000 personnel equipped with primarily light arms for law enforcement duties. The report alleges that the force now numbers approximately 65,000 combat-trained personnel, including individuals with past terror convictions, and possesses weaponry suited for offensive operations, including grenade launchers, machine guns, armored vehicles and armor-piercing munitions.

The report also reveals that P.A. personnel have received advanced military training abroad, including officer and command training in Russia; armored, tank and artillery instruction in Pakistan; and tactical parachuting training in Egypt and Italy. Remember these nations that are providing this training and are friendly to Israel’s enemies.

According to Regavim, training facilities in Jordan and Jericho—described publicly as centers for civilian policing—conduct exercises that include live-fire from high-speed all-terrain motorcycles, urban-warfare drills, and breaching operations involving explosives, capabilities the group says are indicative of preparations for combat rather than law enforcement.

As we are talking about this Wall of Jericho report….I am going to read about the Fall of Jericho in Joshua as we will be praying out of this scripture.

“As soon as the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people shouted a great shout, and the wall fell down flat, (we are going to pray that out tonight that as we pray, as we shout, the plans and plots to destroy in Israel would fall down flat.”

So the Lord was with Joshua, and his fame was in all the land.” Let’s also pray that all the spies in Mossad and all the Arabs in Judea and Samaria that are helping Israel to defeat the Jihadists would be safe and just as the scripture says they too would be as “Rahab and her family would live in Israel to this day.” Let’s pray tonight that Hamas, Hizbollah, the Palestinian Authority, and all Israel’s enemies would have their plans of death and destruction come tumbling down like the walls of Jericho.

And when we pray tonight let’s pray with a shout!

Praying for those Who Oppose the Truth (the Whole Counsel of God)

[Read Psalm 11] - About Israel and the Jewish Messiah, or even the mission and trajectory of IFA

Many don't understand why IFA has such a focus on politics or international issues. Most churches focused on personal, need-based ministry and choose not to get involved in areas that might seem controversial or where they might lose some of their congregation due to the hardness of the message.

But we appreciate the wholistic perspective of Intercessors for America that understands how political leadership affects the advancement of the Gospel and the Word of God, how the way people treat the situation in Israel has natural consequences. And that ignoring geopolitics is not an option according to God's Word:

1 Timothy 2:1-4: “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.”

Within the same books to Timothy:

“Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. 24 And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. 25 Opponents must be gently instructed, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth, 26 and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will.” - 2 Tim. 2:25

“Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.” - Col. 4:6

Bronson (Communist, agnostic, anti-Israel) – due to my daughter's witness in his life and other Christians at school, he became a believer, was baptized, and is starting a TPUSA Club, and has been convinced of the promises in the Word of God concerning Israel.

Couple in our fellowship group - opposed our message to bless Israel. But after a sit-down with them, we were able to explain more fully exactly what we believe based upon the Word of God.

Pray for:

• Ourselves to have a spirit of grace, patience, and gentleness with those who oppose the Truth. And have the wisdom and “winsomeness” of Stephen. (Acts 6:10)

• That our opponents/adversaries will be convinced

Lord, we ask for an outpouring of boldness upon us, your faithful servants. You have been gracious to us and revealed Your amazing grace and kindness to all of us when we were your adversaries, when we were still sinners, Christ died for us. We are so thankful you've exposed the rottenness and futility of our own human efforts and our own understanding. We want to live in the fullness of Christ's resurrection power and life inside of us. We desire to be fully alive and emanating His nature and power through us to the world around us, so that they see our good works and glorify You.

We ask for a spirit of grace and gentleness – the very fruits of Holy Spirit – to supernaturally be active in our hearts and minds, so we are better able to convince those who oppose the truth – those who hate Israel, or are ignorant of the eternal promises concerning Israel, or are negligent concerning Your directives to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and to stand up and speak: “For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem’s sake I will not remain quiet, till her vindication shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch.” - Isaiah 62:1

We declare Your truth and the testimony of Stephen over ourselves: “But they could not stand up against the wisdom the Spirit gave him as he spoke.” (Acts 6:10).

We also ask for You to convince our adversaries – those who oppose the truth concerning IFA's goal of praying for those in politics; but also praying for Israel – and the promises of Israel. But also those who oppose the Promises of the Jewish Messiah – Jesus Christ (Yeshua HaMoshiach). Bring mighty signs and wonders that confirm our message to them that Your Salvation has come to Israel through the mighty name of Jesus.

Let's all pray for ourselves and our adversaries tonight:

 Pray for NATO nations and the opening of the Strait of Hormuz

Last week we prayed about how the NATO nations are to defend and support one another in a time of war but Britain and Spain among the largest of the 32 nation NATO denied the US the use of their airbases in a time of war. Just in this last week two more nations have betrayed us. France and Italy have denied the US air base support. Remember we are in the year 5786, this is the year of shifting, that includes shifting alliances. Can we count on the nations of NATO? President Donald Trump is strongly considering removing the U.S. from NATO, which he called a "paper tiger," after members refused to assist the Iran war effort.

In a striking rebuke of longtime allies, Trump said that NATO has failed to meet expectations during a critical moment in global security, calling the alliance ineffective and unreliable. Secretary of State Marco Rubio echoed Trump's concerns, warning that NATO may no longer serve U.S. interests if allies continue to deny critical military cooperation. Rubio said the alliance could face a serious reassessment after the Iran conflict concludes.

"If NATO is just about us defending Europe if they're attacked, but them denying us basing rights when we need them, that's not a very good arrangement," Rubio told Fox News. "That's a hard one to stay engaged in."

Meanwhile, Trump has signaled a broader shift in U.S. foreign policy, urging allies to take greater responsibility for their own security and energy needs. Trump told countries struggling with oil shortages to "buy from the U.S." or "build up some delayed courage" and secure resources themselves. "You'll have to start learning how to fight for yourself," Trump wrote on Truth Social, emphasizing that American support should not be taken for granted.

The administration is also reportedly considering structural changes to NATO, including a "pay-to-play" model that would limit influence for countries failing to meet defense spending commitments. Additionally, Trump is weighing a potential withdrawal of U.S. troops from Germany. The debate has renewed scrutiny of NATO's Article 5 mutual defense clause. America is defending most of the NATO nations and the world against economic terrorism by keeping the Strait of Hormuz open. But our allies are not willing to help us help them.

5 of the 9 largest military nations in NATO have specifically denied the US airbase support in our war with Iran. These are the 9 nations we want to be praying for because if they are denying the US help in our fight with Iran and we are Israel’s ally in their fight with Iran then these other nations are choosing to curse Israel when they refuse to help us. Genesis 12:3 Those that curse Israel will be cursed.

Psalm 2:1-12 “Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying, “Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.” He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying, “As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill.” I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you. Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.” Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. Job 12:23-25 “He makes nations great, and he destroys them; he enlarges nations, and leads them away. He takes away understanding from the chiefs of the people of the earth and makes them wander in a trackless waste. They grope in the dark without light, and he makes them stagger like a drunken man.”

Prayer for the Safety of American Expatriates and Safe Return

[Dream that the Nazis were coming...] Updates from the State Department indicate they are actively trying to escort American citizens out of the Middle East – out of Israel, out of Iraq, out of harms way while they complete the mission in Iran and its proxies.

Within Israel: The Government of Israel currently limits Ben Gurion Airport (Tel Aviv) to one departing flight per hour. The fastest option to depart Israel is by land to Egypt or Jordan. Commercial air opportunities are available from airports in Jordan and Egypt; contact airlines directly.

For those remaining in Israel: U.S. Embassy Jerusalem has directed all U.S. government employees to shelter in place and recommends U.S. citizens do the same.

Prayer: Lord, we pray for the protection of all American citizens, diplomats, and military personnel. Hide them in the shadow of your wing. Keep them safe within your arms. Send forth your angels to guide them, like you did for Lot and his family, out of harms way. We pray for all of those conducting military operations to return safely to base and remain sheltered under the shadow of El Shaddai – we declare Psalm 91 over all of them - “He who dwells in the shadow of the Most High, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

 Pray that the Democratic Party will not continue to support Iran

Let me explain. Some of you may remember the Iran Nuclear Deal, where the Obama administration unlocked $50-60 billion in sanctions relief for Iran, alongside a now-infamous $1.7 billion cash transfer. Barack Obama sold it as a pathway to stability. Republicans warned it would bankroll aggression. Years later, even former nuclear watchdog officials acknowledged Iran accelerated enrichment capacity despite the agreement. The logic wasn’t complicated. Money is fungible. When a regime receives a financial windfall, it reallocates its own resources. In Iran’s case, that meant long range ballistic missiles, terrorist proxies, and nuclear capability. You don’t subsidize a fire and act surprised when it spreads.

Fast forward and the pattern didn’t reverse, it deepened. Under Joe Biden, billions more flowed through eased enforcement, indirect funding channels, and restored financial access. There were billions more sent to Iran, along with hundreds of millions routed toward Hamas-linked structures, strengthening the same network and now destabilizing the region. That’s not theory, it’s consequence. Iran didn’t invest in schools or infrastructure. It invested in influence, weapons, and terror. The regime publicly calls America the “Great Satan” while benefiting from American policy decisions from people like Obama, Biden and the Democratic Party leadership. That disconnect isn’t strategy, or is it? It’s at least willful blindness dressed up as diplomacy. America has funded international terrorism through foolish decisions of politics and appeasement by releasing billions of dollars that gets filtered into the hands of Hizbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza, Boko Haram in Nigeria where Christians are being slaughtered daily. I could go on and on.

Now we land in the present conflict. Donald Trump supports direct action alongside Israel to dismantle Iran’s nuclear capability and its terror apparatus. Meanwhile, prominent Democrats oppose the effort, question the strategy, and in some cases undermine it publicly. That raises a hard question. If prior policies helped enable Iran’s rise, and current opposition resists stopping it, what exactly is the endgame? Because it doesn’t read as neutral. It reads as alignment whether intentional or not, with outcomes that benefit Iran and, by extension, its partners in Russia and China. Geopolitics doesn’t reward confusion. It exploits it.

This is incredible deception by the Democratic Party leadership and the mainstream media. They are advocating and making policies that empower a threat, followed by opposition to stopping that same threat, all while insisting on the moral high ground. Americans are expected to accept the spin while ignoring the results. But outcomes matter. Leadership matters. Proverbs 1:32 tells it best: “For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.” When leaders fund danger and then resist confronting it, the cost lands on everyone else. That’s not just bad policy. It’s a warning. And history has a way of collecting on those warnings. The Democrats continue to vilify President Trump and side with our enemy Iran in their hatred of Donald Trump. Drag out the war with Iran as long as possible until the Mid Terms when Iran and the Democrats can destroy their mutual enemy Donald Trump and thereby end the war and control the House, the Senate or both.

Proverbs 26:24-28 “Whoever hates disguises himself with his lips and harbors deceit in his heart; when he speaks graciously, believe him not, for there are seven abominations in his heart; though his hatred be covered with deception, his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly. Whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and a stone will come back on him who starts it rolling. A lying tongue hates its victims, and a flattering mouth works ruin.”

Let’s pray that deception would be exposed, hidden agendas and the dark of night deals would be revealed so that truth may prevail. Let’s pray for mercy for what we have allowed to take place in politics and go unchecked with lack of accountability. What at one time was considered treasonous is now considered just politics. Let’s pray for an awakening to come to the Democratic Party that they may do what is right in God’s eyes.

Romans 10:3 “For, being ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.”

 Pray for God's Unmerited Grace and Goodness Would Continue to Be Poured Out in Tangible Ways Over the Jewish People, Especially those in Leadership

(March 19-20, 2026) – Netanyahu [in an effort to justify why Israel needs to have national defense, put his foot in his mouth when he said]: "History proves that, unfortunately and unhappily, Jesus Christ has no advantage over Genghis Khan because if you are strong enough, ruthless enough, powerful enough, evil will overcome good”

{It is clear that Netanyahu does not have a full revelation of Jesus the Messiah, and didn't really think about how that statement would hit Christians in the world, even though by calling Him “Jesus Christ,” he is saying the Greek term that means “Messiah” - Christ. Inadvertently, he is confessing Jesus is the Messiah. What he failed to recognize is what we just celebrated this Sunday – was that Jesus was not weakly succumbing to the oppression of Rome. He was not a pacifist, he was not “overcome by evil”.

Jesus said in John 10:18: “No man takes [my life] from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again.” Jesus conquered evil and defeated death itself through His death and resurrection. He defeated the ability of evil to overcome good forever. Evil will never triumph over good, no matter how bleak it may seem from our finite point of view.

So we need to pray that Netanyahu has a revelation of the resurrected and glorified Jesus – the one that is depicted in Revelation 19:

I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and wages war. 12 His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. 13 He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. 14 The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 Coming out of his mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.:

We need to be reminded that God's favor is based upon grace, and He continues to show his love toward all the Jewish people unconditionally, regardless of what they might do, regardless of what they might believe, regardless of how far they've wandered:

Rom. 10:21 - But concerning Israel he says,“All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and obstinate people.” (quoting Is. 65:2)

Let's Remind Him of His Promises that are Unconditional – that they are Restored to the Promised Land and People of God

This is a time to remind the Lord of His promises over Israel – for “His Name's Sake”

“The Lord will not forsake His people for His great Name's sake, because it has pleased the Lord to make Israel His people” (I Samuel 12:22).

“Therefore, give the people of Israel this message from the Sovereign LORD: I am bringing you back, but not because you deserve it. I am doing it to protect my holy name, on which you brought shame while you were scattered among the nations. (Ezekiel 36:22)

Jeremiah 32:40 I will make an everlasting covenant with them: I will never stop doing good to them, and I will inspire them to fear me, so that they will never turn away from me. 41 I will rejoice in doing them good and will assuredly plant them in this land with all my heart and soul.

Hosea 3:4-5 4 For the Israelites will live many days without king or prince, without sacrifice or sacred stones, without ephod or household gods. 5 Afterward the Israelites will return and seek the Lord their God and David their king. They will come trembling to the Lord and to his blessings (goodness) in the last days.

Prayer: Lord, we lift up Israel, the Jewish people, Benjamin Netanyahu, and all the leadership of the Jewish people to experience Your goodness. Let them encounter the unmerited mercies and grace of God, just like the apostle Paul did when he was still called Saul. Let them know of Your great and awesome power and glory, of Your humble sacrifice and glorious resurrection. Let them know that You are a God who still keeps His promises, and continues to stand with arms wide open to them, always and forever. Let them know how much they are loved, how much they are cherished, how much You are protecting and sustaining them, even through these dark and difficult times for them. You are the Light who continues to shine in the darkness for them. Help them see, know, and follow that sign of Your covenant and blessing to all of Israel.

Let's all pray for the goodness of God to be poured out on Israel, the Jewish people, and their leadership in this hour.
